FOR TEAMS THAT PUBLISH TECHNICAL WRITING

Your style guide, applied to every doc.

VibeWrite is an editorial agent for technical writing teams. It reviews Google Docs against your terminology and style guide, then leaves anchored comments and suggested edits right in the doc. Your editors approve every change.

HOW IT WORKS

From draft to on-brand, without leaving Google Docs.

step 01
Connect Google Drive

Sign in with Google. VibeWrite works with per-file access, so it only ever sees the docs you pick.

step 02
Load your standards

Import the team term list and style guide. They become explicit, editable rules you can export per team.

step 03
Run the preflight

The agent reads the doc and checks every paragraph against your terminology and style rules.

step 04
Review in the doc

Flags land as anchored comments and suggestion-mode edits. Editors accept or reject in Google Docs.

deterministic checks first, judgment calls explained, nothing lands without a reviewer

WHAT IT CATCHES

The checks your editors are tired of making by hand.

Product names & casingRenderjet → RenderJet

The Term List pins approved spellings, trademarks, and capitalization. Flagged deterministically, every time.

Don’t-use termsutilize → use

Banned and “use carefully” language gets caught before an editor ever sees the draft, with the rule attached.

Hyphenation & spacingweb site → website

Case, hyphen, and spacing variants of your terms. The small fixes that quietly eat review time.

Style-guide rulesvoice · structure · tone

Your style guide, synthesized into explicit rules the agent checks and your editors can edit or disable.

Figure alt textaccessibility built in

Every figure gets a suggested description, placed as a suggestion below its caption, never committed silently.

Explanations on every flagno mystery edits

Each comment says which rule fired and why, so authors learn the standard instead of just accepting fixes.

WHY TEAMS TRUST IT

Built for teams that can’t accept silent rewrites.

review
Suggestions, never silent edits

Everything the agent proposes arrives as a comment or a suggestion-mode edit. A person decides what sticks.

workflow
Authors stay in Google Docs

No new editor to adopt. Comments, suggestions, and version history stay native to the doc.

access
Per-file permissions

VibeWrite uses Google Drive’s per-file scope: it can read the docs you choose, and nothing else.

teams
Portable team setup

Export terminology and style rules as a bundle. Business units keep their own standards without starting over.

FAQ

Questions editors ask us.

Does VibeWrite rewrite documents automatically?

No. Every change arrives as an anchored comment or a suggestion-mode edit in Google Docs, or as a reviewable diff in the VibeWrite editor. Nothing is applied until a person accepts it.

Do authors have to leave Google Docs?

No. The editorial preflight runs on the Google Doc itself and writes native comments and suggestions, so review happens with the tools and version history your team already uses.

How does VibeWrite learn our style guide?

You upload your term list as a spreadsheet and your style guide as documents. Terminology is checked deterministically, and the style guide is synthesized into explicit rules your editors can review, edit, or turn off.

Which documents can VibeWrite see?

Only what you choose. VibeWrite uses Google Drive's per-file access scope, so a check covers exactly the document you pick, not your whole Drive.

What does a pilot look like?

A 15-minute call, then a pilot with your real term list and style guide on a handful of real drafts. Your editors judge the flags themselves.

Is this only for technical blogs?

Blogs are the sweet spot, but release notes, docs, and any writing that has to match company standards work the same way.

Your next blog,

Bring your style guide and a recent draft. We'll run the preflight live on the call and you can judge the flags yourself.
